There is a method WaitForPendingFinalizers that will 'suspend the current thread until the thread that is processing the queue of finalizers has emptied that queue.' Though you shouldn't need to call it.

As of JNA 5.12.1, JNA's Memory class no longer uses finalize() to free memory. System Memory Cleaner free up storage space, speed up slow performance, uninstall or move apps, manage SD card files, extend battery life, improve charging. By cleaning up apps cache files, the memory space can be largely released. Click the collect garbage every so often and notice the difference, especially if you dont have a lot of RAM added to your computer.
